Information collected
ConnectPros collects business contact information from correspondence and public records. This may include a person’s name, business role, company, work email address, and information about a business requirement or service.
Stripe processes supplier payments. ConnectPros never stores card data. Stripe receives the payment information needed to process the transaction under its own terms and privacy policy.
How information is used
ConnectPros uses information only to verify requirements, assess supplier fit, deliver and administer introductions, process payments or refunds, and maintain records required for those purposes or by law.
ConnectPros does not use the information collected through an introduction for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
ConnectPros does not sell personal information and does not share it for third-party marketing.
Information is shared between the parties to an introduction as needed to deliver that introduction. ConnectPros may also use service providers such as Stripe to process payments, or disclose information when required by law.
Analytics, cookies, and fonts
ConnectPros uses no analytics and no third-party cookies.
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Those requests may create technical logs containing information such as an IP address, browser, and requested font files. These Google Fonts request logs are the only external request logging described in this policy.
HTTPS and records
When served on connectprosgroup.com, the site uses HTTPS to protect information in transit between the visitor’s browser and the website.
ConnectPros keeps introduction and payment records only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or to meet applicable legal obligations.
Your rights and deletion requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your business contact information by emailing rayan@connectprosgroup.com.
ConnectPros will respond to a privacy request within 30 days. A deletion request may be subject to records that ConnectPros must retain to meet a legal obligation.
